With TalentLMS 4.0, Epignosis aims to upgrade its flagship platform and enhance the overall user experience. The brand new TalentLMS features are:

• • Live chat: Premium users can now resolve pressing issues on the spot by talking to a customer support representative.
  • Native integration with BambooHR: Businesses that use BambooHR can now organize and track employee training quickly and efficiently.
  • Course preview videos: Course providers can now showcase their courses with flair and better prepare learners for what’s next.
  • Manual unit completion/reset: Instructors have now more control over course content and their learners’ progress.

The TalentLMS summer update also packs significant improvements to the platform’s UI and performance, and some much-anticipated additions to the TalentLMS mobile app.

In brief, many UI elements (i.e., icons, tables) and screens (i.e., the course catalog) have been revamped, the internal process for handling multiple custom fields has been optimized, and mobile app functionality has been extended (i.e., users can access and use the Discussions feature).
