Epignosis CEO Participates at TEDxAthens, Discusses the Tech-Driven Future of Work

Athens, Greece – October 16, 2024 – Epignosis, the parent company of TalentLMS, is proud to announce that its CEO, Nikhil Arora, participated in an engaging roundtable discussion at TEDxAthens 2024. The panel, which took place on October 5, focused on the future of work and the transformative impact of technology on traditional work models.

The Think Tank, titled “Fluid Work: How Technology is Redefining Where, When, and How We Work,” was organized by Found.ation and brought together industry leaders to explore one of today’s most pressing workplace debates: remote vs. hybrid vs. in-office work. The discussion delved into how flexible workspaces, digital transformation, and new productivity models are evolving and shaping the future of work.

Joining Mr. Arora in this captivating debate were notable figures including Nikos Moraitakis (CEO of Workable), Constantinos Moros (EY), Anton Derlyatka (Sweatcoin), and Alex Serbetis (Printec Group). The diverse panel, moderated by Filippos Zakopoulos, Managing partner at Found.ation, shared their experiences and expressed varying viewpoints on how our work lives may transform over the next decade.

Based on audience insights on today’s working models and the impact of remote and hybrid work on productivity, work-life balance, and results, participants were engaged in a lively conversation with contradicting views being expressed. During the roundtable, Mr. Arora highlighted the increasing complexity of modern workplaces, where employees are remote, hybrid, onsite, or freelancers within the same company and millions of Gen Zers entering the workforce.

“The winning formula for the future of work lies in embracing vulnerability, leaning into uncertainty, navigating complexities with confidence, and remaining agile in the face of change. These attributes will separate thriving companies from those that struggle to adapt,” said Nikhil Arora, CEO of Epignosis. “The ‘how’ lies in fostering a culture of continuous learning, open communication, and empowering teams with the tools and mindset to evolve with every challenge.”

While diverse views were expressed on the future workplace, the discussion revealed that there is no one-size-fits-all solution to the challenges posed by evolving work environments. Instead, the leaders agreed that adaptability and openness to new models will be crucial for businesses moving forward.
